Before you shop

Our online shop is designed with your convenience in mind. We have included a search bar that enables you to find your dream garment easier and you can sort products by size, price or date of addition. For better navigation between our products, we use tags as NEW, RARE, SALE or SOLD.  For more information about your desired product simply click on the photo of it in the shop section. We understand that e-shopping can be a little tricky since you are not able to check or try the piece you are considering buying. To make your experience as pleasant as possible, we provide a detailed description of the sizing, materials and condition of each piece.  Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you to read carefully all the stated information about the product, which can help you to buy exactly what you are looking for. If you feel unsure about sizing, condition or anything else regarding the selected product, don’t hesitate to contact us via email. How to shop

1. Use all the features to ease the way you find what you are looking for. 2. Once you have found a piece you want to buy, click on the „ADD TO CART“ button. 3. Review all items in your shopping bag by clicking the „CART“ icon located at the top right  corner of the page. You can use the „X“ button to remove an item from your shopping cart. 4. To complete your order click on the „PROCEED TO CHECKOUT“ button. 5. There is no need to create an account or add any password to complete your purchase. Thus, you can continue smoothly to the delivery and payment details.

Changing orders

In case you have changed your mind after placing your order, there is still a chance to amend or cancel it. Since we start to process your order as soon as possible, we strongly suggest to contact us via email as quickly as possible if such an event occurs.  In case your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before you were able to cancel or change it, please, simply return it to us. For more information on how to return goods to us please refer to the Returns & Refund section of our site.  If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us via email for a recommendation. If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email with the reason for the cancellation and with an alternative solution to your situation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
