Returns & Refunds

All returns that are shipped back or returned personally within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the complete order is returned the refund will include standard delivery costs. As soon as we received your returned items, we'll start to process your reimbursement. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your bank account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Once we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email.
For any faulty items, please contact us via email and we will guide you through the whole process. Please note that items are not considered faulty if they are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
We can provide you with the following solutions:
1. Repair of faulty item(s).
2. Provide a reasonable discount on the purchase price.
3. Full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
We hope you will love and enjoy everything that you purchase from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return from the date you received the item(s).
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled, damaged or altered), will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please note that gifts provided within your order must be returned together with items you want to send back to us.
There are two ways to return your order: sent by delivery service or brought to us personally. In case of returning item(s) personally, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you with all needed information.
To make your return as smooth as possible, please fill out the Return Form, which is provided within the package. If, for any reason, you do not have your Return Form, please print it here.
Step by step:
1. Fill out the Return form and place it together with the item(s) you wish to return in a bag/box you received from Norm Code.
2. Send it back to our address. All fees associated with delivery to Norm Code are paid by the customer. We recommend sending returned goods via insured, trackable delivery for your protection.
3. We let you know if the returned item is/is not in the required condition within 10 working days after we receive it at our warehouse.
4. We will reimburse your money within 14 working days after we receive your returns.
Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
If you wish to exchange your purchased garment for an alternative style, we suggest returning it to Norm Code and buy the new one. In case you need any assistance, do not hesitate to email us and we will gladly help you.
