Delivery Information

We ship our orders across most EU countries in cooperation with an external delivery service provider, Zasilkovna, which has several pickup points (note that this service is available in certain countries only) and also provides home delivery.

For more information see the list of all countries we are shipping our products to. All necessary details such as shipping costs, expected delivery time and availability of delivery service type are also included within the list. 

Our estimated delivery time starts from the moment we receive payment. You will receive an email with the shipping information and a link to track your order online as soon as we hand your parcel over to the delivery service. Once your order is ready to be picked up or be delivered at the required address you will receive a verification code via email or SMS. Please consider that delivery times are provided as estimates only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or third parties.

Orders may require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Norm Code.
